This header is typically used on Williams driver boards.
My advice on replacing your damaged connectors:
If you have a de-soldering station, you know what to do.
If you have hand tools, I suggest that you use the following procedure to remove the connector. Use eye protection at all times when soldering. Use needle nose pliers to remove one pin at a time, until the old connector comes off. Clean the pads of excess solder. Fit the new part into the board, and solder neatly.
